The ventilated coatings consist of the creation of an external casing for any type of building or built. This guarantees through a pad of air maintained between the external facade and the walls of the building, the thermal comfort of the building.

oltre parete ventilata How can 'imagine, a solution of this type It is useful to break down the cost of management of ventilated facades: the fundamental advantages an external facade of this type, allow two things that would seem incompatible among them, from a side, the breathability of the building wall and at the same time it protects from rain and other atmosphere agent. This happens thanks to the external covering that is mounted on a metallic framework, directly set against the walls of the building, thus preserving so the stable from the external atmospheric agents by forming a useful crawlspace of air. This crawlspace must be considered as a ventilation chamber connected with the outside through mouths of ventilation. These last, allowing the passage of air, through a natural process of ventilation known by the name of chimney effect. Such effect, due to the difference in temperature between the crawlspace and the external environment, it creates a airflow useful also for another reason. Aerating the external wall of the building, in fact, it eliminates any condensation that may verified between the inside and the outside of an environment.
